Operational Risk Senior Manager

A global insurance firm are looking for Senior Operational Risk Manager to join the team.

As the Senior Operational Risk Manager you will be:

• Supporting the Group Operational Risk Director with the ongoing implementation and maturing of the Group Operational Risk Function.
• Developing, and maintaining the Group ERM Framework to ensure the relevant suite of Operational risk-related policies
• Training and educating the 1st line to execute the Operational Risk Management Framework Developing, managing and providing oversight of multi jurisdiction regulatory requirements around Operational Risk.
• Be a key influencer in the ongoing improvement of impactful risk reporting
• Working in close collaboration with leaders in the business to ensure the design and implementation of reporting is accurate and meaningful, these include risk dash boards and deep dives for specific operational risk matters.
• Lead the ICF Reporting and communication processes by managing the coordination of the necessary Risk Team inputs for the Risk Committee, Board reports and other governance for reporting as required.

The Senior Operational Risk Manager will have strong operational risk experience in the insurance space and will be a highly meticulous individual.
