Compliance Officer

A funds company are looking for a compliance officer to join their Dublin team. Reporting to the head of compliance, you will be working very closely with them on both day to day regulatory compliance tasks as well as ad hoc compliance projects in relation to compliance oversight. The company operates a hybrid model of 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home. You must have working experience with funds, AIF or UCITS.

Main responsibilities of the compliance officer:

  • Carry out regulatory oversight
  • Reviewing and updating policies and procedures
  • Drafting board reports
  • Oversight of regulatory reporting
  • Carry out compliance monitoring
  • Partake in adhoc compliance projects such as IAF implementation
  • Focusing on both the compliance operational and the compliance management elements of the department

As an ideal candidate for this role you will have previous experience within a regulatory compliance in either the funds, asset management, investment management or wealth management industry. You will be well organised and enjoy a broad and varied role which allows you to work closely alongside a head of compliance.
