A Dublin based firm in the gambling industry are looking for a compliance manager to join the team. The company is looking for someone senior who would aspire to grow up to the head of compliance in the next few years. The company operates a hybrid working model.

Main responsibilities of the compliance manager:

• Responsible for AML, data protection and regulatory obligations for the business
• Engage with regulators as and when required
• Ensure the business is compliant with current and upcoming regulations
• Act as a compliance partner to the business, continuing the compliance first mindset
• Oversee all audits and regulator visits
• Maintain and update policies and procedures
• Carry out compliance training

As an ideal candidate for this role you will have previous experience in the gambling industry. Ideally you will have experience in a compliance, risk, legal or internal audit role within this industry. You will be comfortable dealing with senior leadership and regulators.
