Some of the responsibilities of the Senior Compliance Manager will include:
- Overseeing the Implementation of European projects and assist in larger projects
- Ensure European regulatory change is implemented
- Help with the design and implementation of the compliance framework for the European ManCo
- provide recommendations on regulatory and compliance issues
The Senior Compliance Manager will have a strong understanding of UCITS and AIFM requirements, fund structure, management company structure and marketing/ distribution requirements, as well as being a very meticulous and driven individual.
