A global Asset Manager are seeking a Funds Compliance Officer to join their team in Dublin on a 6 month contract.
As the Funds Compliance Officer you will:
Oversee the execution of the Funds Compliance Programme.
Conduct monitoring activities in accordance with the risk based compliance monitoring plan
Review, and draft compliance policies and procedures including propose enhancements to oversight activities.
Advise on and monitor compliance with the laws and regulations governing the Funds and its Management Company.
Provide regulatory advise if needed and prepare management information as well as Board reports.

As the Compliance Fund Officer you will have a strong knowledge on UCITS and AIFMD and will be a highly organised individual.
