Quality Manager Salary: €65,000 - €70,000 per annum Location: Dublin

A well-known supplier of industrial equipment to multiple industries, with an enviable reputation in their sector, is looking to recruit a Quality Manager, based on-site at their facility just outside Dublin. This position will offer a starting salary package of €65,000 - €70,000 per annum, alongside an annual bonus scheme and additional benefits. What you'll do:

As Quality Manager, you’ll report directly to the Factory Director and take full responsibility for growing and upskilling a small team of technicians and engineers, while maintaining the site’s QMS and overseeing all QA and QC activities. Key responsibilities will include:

• Oversee all quality operations, including inspection, testing, and compliance activities.

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in line with industry standards

• Establish and monitor quality KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement across production processes

• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives

• Coordinate, train and support staff on quality procedures, documentation, and best practices

• Collaborate with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure consistent quality across all inputs and outputs

• Manage internal and external audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections

• Assist with prototype development, testing, and validation

• Maintain and audit detailed documentation of processes, trials, and outcomes

• Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and performance enhancement

What you bring:

To be considered for this position, you’ll need a background in Quality Management with previous experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment, overseeing and mentoring a small team of direct reports. Your application should show strong working knowledge of quality control procedures and documentation, as well as examples of implementing and developing QA / CI initiatives that yielded tangible results. As you’ll be responsible for all internal audits to ISO9001, relevant auditor training / qualifications would be highly desirable.

As the company manufacture chemically treated parts, any technical knowledge relating to metallurgy or chemical engineering would be a huge advantage. Similarly, an appreciation of HSE regulations and standards in a production setting is desirable however the company do not require any formal IOSH / NEBOSH qualifications.

• Proven experience in quality management position(s)

• Strong knowledge of quality standards, regulatory requirements, and testing methodologies.

• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and project management skills.

• Proficiency with QMS software, lab equipment, and data analysis tools.
