Legal Executive - Commercial & Residential

A well-established legal firm is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial and Residential Legal Executive to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a broad range of commercial and residential property matters, supporting a busy department known for its client-focused approach and professional excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the end-to-end conveyancing process for residential and commercial property transactions
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and related legal documentation
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
• Managing deadlines and prioritising workload to meet client and regulatory requirements
• Providing clear, timely advice to clients on legal issues related to property matters
• Assisting with due diligence, title investigations, and resolving queries during transactions

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in commercial and residential conveyancing or property law within a busy legal practice
• Strong knowledge of relevant property legislation and conveyancing procedures
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in case management software and MS Office
