Legal Assistant/Receptionist
A busy and well-established legal practice in Rathfarnham is seeking a Legal Assistant / Receptionist to join their team. This is a varied role suited to someone who is highly organised, professional, and comfortable managing both front-of-house duties and legal administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a busy reception area and acting as first point of contact for clients
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Providing administrative and secretarial support to solicitors
- Drafting and formatting legal documents and correspondence
- Managing files, scanning, and document control
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining diaries
- Assisting with general office administration and day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a legal assistant, legal secretary, or administrative role preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
