Banking & Finance Associate / Senior Associate (2–5 PQE) Top-Tier Dublin Law Firm | Growing Team

A leading top-tier Dublin law firm is currently seeking to appoint an Associate / Senior Associate (2–5 PQE) to join its high-performing and expanding Banking & Finance department.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Banking & Finance lawyer to work on complex, high-value transactions for a blue-chip client base, within a team that is experiencing sustained growth and investment.

The Role

The successful candidate will play a key role advising institutional lenders, alternative funders, developers, and private clients on a broad range of general corporate lending matters, including:

• Real estate finance (commercial and residential)

• Development and construction finance

• Acquisition and leveraged finance

• Asset-based and structured lending

• Refinancings, restructurings, and security packages

You will work closely with senior partners and clients, taking on early responsibility, managing transactions, and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE in Banking & Finance

• Strong experience in general corporate lending transactions

• Experience advising banks, non-bank lenders, funds, or borrowers

• Excellent technical ability and commercial awareness

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-management skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
