A leading global law firm is seeking a talented and ambitious Employment Associate to join its growing Dublin team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile employment matters, advising major enterprises and fast-growing businesses across a variety of sectors, including technology, media, entertainment, and life sciences.

Key Responsibilities
As part of this highly regarded team, you will:

  • Advise clients on all aspects of employment law, including contracts, workplace policies, terminations, redundancies, and employee disputes.
  • Provide guidance on regulatory compliance, including equality legislation, whistleblowing laws, and health & safety obligations.
  • Support clients with employment-related aspects of corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
  • Represent clients in contentious matters such as employment tribunals or High Court litigation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm's global network on cross-border employment issues.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Strong experience in employment law, ideally gained at a reputable law firm or in-house legal team.
  • A proven ability to manage both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen interest in business development.
