Senior Associate (5PQE) or Corporate Partner

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate M&A lawyer to join a dynamic and growing commercial law firm in Dublin City Centre. The firm is renowned for its partner-led approach, delivering high-quality legal services across various sectors.

This role offers the chance to work closely with the Head of Corporate, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and equity fund regulations, particularly within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, information technology, and finance sectors

The Role:
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the Corporate Department, handling a broad spectrum of corporate transactions and providing strategic advice to a diverse client base, including national and international companies. The position is ideal for a Senior Associate seeking progression or an existing Partner looking for a new challenge in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, and equity investments.

• Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and commercial contracts.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence.

• Contribute to business development initiatives and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in corporate law, preferably from a leading firm.

• Demonstrated expertise in M&A, corporate finance, and commercial contracts.

• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to provide strategic legal advice.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• A proactive approach to client service and business development.
