Role Overview: Join a top 5 Dublin law firm as a Corporate Solicitor. This role offers exposure to high-profile, complex corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and restructurings for a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on and lead corporate transactions, including M&A and restructurings.
• Conduct and oversee due diligence and draft/negotiate agreements.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver cohesive client service.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years PQE in corporate law from a leading firm or in-house.
• Experience in M&A, corporate finance, or related areas.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Client-focused with a commercial mindset.
• Qualified in Ireland, England and Wales, or a common law jurisdiction.
