This is a prime opportunity for a solicitor with 1-4 years’ PQE in corporate tax to work on high-profile transactions, providing strategic tax advice on M&A, restructurings, and cross-border transactions

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on corporate tax structuring, M&A, and international tax matters.
• Conduct detailed research on Irish and international tax legislation.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents from a tax perspective.
• Liaise with Irish Revenue and other tax authorities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated legal solutions.

What You Bring:

• Qualified solicitor in Ireland, or England.
• 1-4 years’ PQE in corporate tax at a leading law firm.
• Strong knowledge of Irish corporate tax law and international tax principles.
• Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) qualification is an advantage.
