Asset Finance Lawyer

ASSET FINANCE LAWYER Our client, a global leader in financial and legal services, is seeking an experienced Asset Finance Lawyer to join their Dublin-based team. What you'll do:

* Advising clients on Irish legal aspects across a broad range of asset finance matters.
* Managing transactions end-to-end efficiently and effectively.
* Working with a diverse client base comprising of domestic and international clients.
* Reviewing transaction documentation from an Irish law perspective across a wide range of structures and jurisdictions.
* Preparing and negotiating Irish security documentation.
* Engaging in business development activities and seeking opportunities for new work.

What you bring:

* Experience gained within a top-tier law firm in Ireland, the U.K., or internationally.
* Strong academic background with excellent written communication and drafting skills.
* 3 – 5 years' relevant post qualification experience within asset finance, banking and/or structured finance.
* Significant attention to detail, professionalism, ability to multi-task, and excellent organisational skills.
