Aviation Associate | Top-Tier Firm | Dublin A top-tier law firm in Dublin is seeking an Aviation Associate (0-4 PQE) to join its market-leading aviation finance and leasing team. This is an exceptional opportunity to advise on cross-border aircraft financing, leasing, acquisitions, and securitisation transactions for leading global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on aircraft financing, leasing, and sale transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate lease agreements, financing documents, and security packages.
  • Work with airlines, lessors, banks, and investors on cross-border deals.
  • Support due diligence, regulatory filings, and aviation tax structuring.
  • Collaborate with international law firms.

What You Bring:

  • Qualified solicitor (or soon to be qualified) in Ireland or another common law jurisdiction.
  • 0-4 years’ PQE in aviation finance, banking, or structured finance.
  • Strong technical skills in contract negotiation and financing structures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex transactions.
