Conveyancing Legal Executive

A leading Law Firm are seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancing Legal Executive to join their esteemed team. They are based in Dublin City Centre and this will role will be on site.


The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 18 months of experience in a conveyancing department and will be adept at managing files from inception to completion. This role emphasises meticulous behind-the-scenes work, including stamping and registration.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of conveyancing files, ensuring each transaction is handled efficiently from start to finish.
  • Open and close files in line with the firm’s protocols, maintaining accurate and organised documentation.
  • Conduct comprehensive title checks and property searches to ensure due diligence.
  • Oversee the stamping and registration processes, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Stay informed on current conveyancing laws and regulations to ensure all transactions comply with legal standards.
  • Provide expert advice and support to clients, enhancing their understanding of the conveyancing process.
  • Perform related administrative tasks with precision, ensuring all documentation is thorough and accurate.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve departmental processes and client service delivery.

  • Requirements:
  • At least 18 months of experience in a conveyancing department.
  • Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and related legal documentation.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Competence in working independently and as a part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • A professional and client-focused approach to work.
