Our client is seeking a talented and driven Corporate OR Funds Associate to join their growing team in the British Virgin Islands. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and equity capital markets. The successful candidate will be part of the largest and leading transactional team in the BVI, working alongside top-ranked professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer with a proactive approach and strong background in client servicing.

What you'll do:

* Advising on a variety of corporate matters for clients in the BVI and beyond

* Working closely with partners and associates on transactional cases

* Gaining exposure to other transactional areas of practice including banking, regulatory, virtual assets and investment funds

* Representing the brand with a proactive approach

* Maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service

* Staying updated with changes in corporate law

What you bring:

* 1-4 years post qualified experience in corporate law

* Strong background in client servicing

* Experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and equity capital markets or Funds experience

* Proactive approach towards work

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to work well within a team
