We are currently recruiting for the role of Paralegal (Urgent Start) on behalf of a Financial Services organisation

Paralegal (Urgent Start)

6 month TEMP, with potential for extension or Permanency

Dublin City Centre based - 2 days onsite

Brilliant opportunity for development and exposure to senior personnel

Responsibilities:

• Processing documentation, coordinating filings, preparation of compliance reports and managing time lines in relation to these activities
• Liaising internally and with external service providers in the preparation of ancillary documents
• Assisting in the filing of fund documentation with regulatory authorities and stock exchanges
• Supporting in the assessment and selection of service providers on behalf of clients
• Working with internal colleagues in the development of effective sales pitches
• Supporting in diary and meeting management where necessary
• Liaising with Head of Legal on compliance and corporate governance tasks
• Conduct research where necessary
• Attend board meetings and complete adhoc tasks

Requirements:

• Experience within a similar role, within the Financial Services or Fund/Investment Management industry
• Private practice exposure would be hugely beneficial
• Qualification within relevant specialism, ideally partially or fully completed FE1
• Keen communication skill, with proven self drive and willingness to learn
• Strong administration and organisation skills needed
