Employment Solicitor - Senior Associate

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate Solicitor specialising in Employment Law. This is an ideal role for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of employment law and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, working across diverse sectors and handling a varied caseload involving contentious and non-contentious matters. This role offers the chance to work in one of Europe's most vibrant cities, Dublin, and to contribute to high-profile cases that make a real difference.

What you'll do:

• Manage a varied employment law caseload involving contentious and non-contentious matters
• Handle employment claims before the Workplace Relations Commission, the Labour Court and the Civil Courts
• Provide Employer and Employee advice on all aspects of employment law
• Develop Executive employment contracts, settlements and severance agreements
• Offer employment law support to other departments including on commercial transactions
• Participate in business development opportunities

What you bring:

• Minimum 6 years’ specialist experience in Employment Law
• Excellent client management and relationship skills
• Ability to advise both an employer or alternatively an employee client base
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a commercial focus and business acumen
• Strong communication skills with ambitions to progress career
• Excellent work ethic with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
