An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Construction Solicitor to play a pivotal role in a dynamic Construction practice. What you'll do:

As a Construction Solicitor, you will advise on projects from start to finish, engaging with our clients from project origination through to the end. Your role will involve advising clients on a myriad of construction legal issues, negotiating contracts, and contributing to M&A transactions. You will also have the opportunity to work on some of Ireland's largest and most complex construction projects.

* Advising clients on a range of construction legal issues such as project procurement, management of the project, mid-stream issues such as EOT and other types of claims
* Negotiation of construction contracts and agreements relating to financing the project
* Advising on construction elements of M&A transactions
* Drafting and negotiation of key contracts for various types of projects
* Working closely with other departments to ensure our clients receive well-rounded advice and support
* Developing and maintaining relationships with colleagues and clients alike

What you bring:

* Minimum 2 years post qualification experience as a Construction Solicitor either non-contentious or contentious
* Proven track record in drafting and negotiating Construction Contracts and ancillary documents in industry standard forms or in bespoke forms
* General capabilities in relation to regulatory matters impacting on clients
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
