As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be immersed in the fast-paced world of corporate law. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include handling mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, drafting commercial contracts, managing shareholder agreements and disputes, and overseeing investment transactions. You will have the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a dedicated team, contributing to the continued development of the firm.

What you bring:

• Fully qualified solicitor with minimum 1 year's experience in corporate transactions
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Ability to manage a busy workload whilst meeting deadlines
• Ambitious, positive, team-orientated mindset
• Experience of working to deadlines in a pressurised environment
• Excellent legal research, drafting and presentation skills
