What you'll do:
As a Structured Finance Associate, you will play a crucial role in advising on a wide array of capital markets and structured finance products. You will collaborate closely with other finance practice groups to deliver exceptional service to our esteemed clients. Your expertise in debt capital markets, structured finance, and securitisation transactions will be invaluable in this role. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to lending platforms and debt issuance programmes while supporting your fellow associates.
- Advise on a wide variety of capital markets and structured finance products
- Collaborate with other finance practice groups to provide premium service to clients
- Work on debt capital markets, structured finance and securitisation transactions
- Support associates in the team with their tasks and responsibilities
- Contribute to lending platforms and debt issuance programmes
- Participate in the development of fund-linked structured fund products
What you bring:
- 2-3 years' post qualification experience in a similar role
- Experience gained within a top-tier law firm in Ireland, the U.K., or internationally
- Strong academic background with excellent written communication and drafting skills
- Excellent technical knowledge and strong commercial awareness
- High ethical standards and ability to work autonomously
