Employment Solicitor

What you'll do:

• Provide expert advice on all types of employment issues and situations
• Guide clients through complex employment legislation and regulation
• Develop practical solutions tailored to client needs
• Work collaboratively within the team to deliver client-focused legal solutions
• Contribute to the development of staff incentive programmes, share option schemes, RSUs and similar benefit schemes
• Stay abreast of evolving employment law practices

What you bring:

• Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in employment law
• Experience in litigation, contentious transactions and advisory roles
• Knowledge of staff incentive programmes, share option schemes, RSUs and similar benefit schemes
• Ability to guide clients through complex employment legislation and regulation
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Commitment to staying abreast of evolving employment law practices
