Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with financial services regulations (PSD2, EMD2, AML/CTF).
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including customer agreements and vendor contracts.
• Provide practical legal advice on regulated products and services while mitigating risks.
• Collaborate across departments (Compliance, Risk Management, Finance) to align legal strategies with business goals.
• Manage corporate governance activities such as board resolutions and company secretarial tasks.
• Develop tools, templates, procedures, and training programs to streamline processes.

What You Bring:

• 3–6 years’ experience in payments or financial services regulation within the EEA.
• Expertise in PSD2, EMD2, consumer protection legislation; knowledge of other jurisdictions is a plus.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate contracts in regulated environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Adaptability to evolving regulations and business priorities.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex legal concepts for diverse audiences.
