A new international firm that has recently entered the Irish market are looking to add qualified solicitors into their Corporate team based in Dublin. This is an exciting new opportunity to play a huge part in supporting the growth and development of this Corporate team. It’s a challenging and fast paced environment that can offer exposure to complex issues across M&A and Private Equity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions transactions and managing due diligence processes
• act for a wide range of clients including public companies, private companies and international and domestic bodies across a broad range of industry sectors and advise on all areas of corporate and commercial law
• work collaboratively as part of a wider team as well as managing components of transactions independently.

Key Requirements:
• Be a qualified Solicitor (in Ireland or England and Wales), ideally with a minimum of 2 -5 years PQE experience in a corporate and commercial team in a top or mid-tier firm.
• Experience in Corporate law with the ability to actively support the management of complex transactions
• Have excellent attention to detail and have a calm and measured approach to problem solving;
