Company Secretarial Assistant Manager

A well-established international law firm in Dublin is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their Corporate Governance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with strong funds experience who is also interested in corporate work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting board and committee minutes for Irish, UK, and international entities.

  • Supporting governance and company secretarial matters across a portfolio of clients (approx. 70% funds / 30% corporate).

  • Preparing board packs and agendas, maintaining statutory records, and ensuring compliance with relevant corporate and regulatory requirements.

  • Liaising with internal teams, auditors, and external advisors as required.

  • Supporting junior team members and helping to manage review cycles and action logs.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in fund governance / fund administration.

  • Interest and willingness to work on corporate company secretarial matters alongside funds.

  • Excellent written English and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working to tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities.

This role is ideal for someone looking to broaden their experience across both funds and corporate governance within a supportive and professional international law firm environment.
