The Role

Working closely with senior members of the governance team, the successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and oversight of a portfolio of client entities. This is a varied role requiring a balance of technical understanding, organisational skills, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the scheduling, preparation, and follow-up of board and shareholder meetings, including collation of materials and drafting of minutes.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date statutory and corporate records for assigned entities.

  • Support governance and compliance processes such as board changes, service provider updates, and regulatory filings.

  • Review governance documentation and resolutions to ensure consistency with internal and client requirements.

  • Collaborate with colleagues and external parties to support cross-jurisdictional entity management and filings.

  • Contribute to process improvements and assist in mentoring or supporting team members as required.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree-qualified, ideally in business, law, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a company secretarial, corporate governance, or fund administration setting.

  • Familiarity with fund structures or regulated entities across multiple jurisdictions is desirable.

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

  • Confident managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines within a busy team environment.

  • Proactive and adaptable, with a collaborative working style and a focus on quality service delivery.
