Our client is a global land listed leader in their industry, operating globally. They are seeking a Senior Company Secretarial Assistant to join their team in Dublin. This role offers the opportunity to work within an innovative and dynamic environment, where you will be involved in many aspects of the Company Secretarial function.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Company Secretarial Assistant, your role will be pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation of our client's company secretarial function. You will have a hands-on role managing statutory requirements, preparing necessary documentation, developing key relationships, and providing crucial support in areas of corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

  • Maintain the statutory registers of the Irish incorporated Group companies as required under Irish Company law
  • Prepare and file documents with the Companies Registration Office to comply with statutory requirements
  • Manage the Company Secretarial activities of the Irish incorporated subsidiaries
  • Prepare documentation to fulfil varied information requests (e.g. Know Your Client, auditors, executives)
  • Develop strong relationships within the Group and also with third party service providers
  • Company Secretarial support in the areas of US/UK corporate governance and regulatory compliance
  • Proxy Statement and 10-K, and the “Irish” Annual Report
  • Maintain Group organisational charts
  • Assist with preparation for the AGM and payment of quarterly dividend
