An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Corporate Secretariat Lead to join a dynamic and progressive team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring ongoing statutory, legal, and transactional obligations are fulfilled.

What you'll do:

As a Corporate Secretariat Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing the governance and corporate services obligations of an assigned portfolio of companies. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding company secretarial matters, developing strong relationships built on trust. Your responsibilities will include managing Company Statutory Registers, updating database records, preparing necessary documentation, reviewing annual reports, maintaining awareness of industry issues, completing company wind-ups and liquidations, arranging for Share Trust compliance, among others. Your commitment to delivering exceptional client service will be key to your success in this role.

  • Ensure fulfilment of statutory and transaction obligations of managed companies to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Maintain internal trackers and spreadsheets including directorships lists
  • Review and ensure diligent inclusion of comments and correct information in company financial statements
  • Prepare minutes, certificates, agreements, and other documentation required in the role
  • Drafting and review of annual reports in conjunction with SPV accountants and advisors
  • Maintain awareness of current industry issues
  • Complete wind-up and liquidation of companies
  • Arrange for and supervise Share Trust compliance and Trust terminations within portfolio
