Delighted to be working with one of Ireland's leading listed companies in their search for an in-house Company Secretarial Assistant Manager. An exciting and diverse role with a mix of legal, compliance, plc support and interesting ad hoc projects.

Key responsibilities:

Legal/Compliance:

• Managing the company secretarial affairs of Irish incorporated subsidiaries;
• Working on the re-organisation or entity rationalisation project, primarily involving Irish subsidiaries;
• Acting as Company Secretary for certain Irish operating subsidiaries
• Supporting the Company Secretarial Assistant to ensure regulatory obligations (CRO/RBO)
• Managing various listing rules requirements, including RIS, FCA/Irish Central Bank

PLC Support:

• Assisting with the organisation of the Annual General Meeting;
• Managing dividend processes (internal and external facing aspects)
• Providing support in connection with PLC and its subsidiaries compliance
• Preparing and co-coordinating various reports and Director confirmations
• Assisting with regular shareholder communications and responding to queries
