An exceptional opportunity for a Corporate Governance professional to join a global and renowned Real Estate Investment firm. You will report to and be mentored by the Director of the European legal and compliance department. Acting as Company Secretary for all Irish entities, you will get invaluable exposure at board level.

Responsibilities of the Company Secretary:

  • Acting company secretary for all Irish entities including SPVs, ICAVs, LPs and CLGs;
  • Drafting minutes and resolutions; Maintaining statutory registers;
  • Preparation of Annual Returns and Annual General Meeting documentation;
  • Drafting statutory forms in relation to change of directors/secretary, change of registered office etc
  • Management and compliance with internal processes; Ensuring compliance with Constitutional Documents;
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant Corporate Governance Codes (where applicable);
  • Liaising with finance team to effect company dissolutions; Advising on effective governance
  • Managing and updated Beneficial Ownership Registers; Liaising with third party service providers

As Company Secretary, you will have 1-2 years experience in a Company Secretarial position and possess key stakeholder management skills to manage relationships with senior management and the board.
