Robert Walters are delighted to be partnering with a Global Consulting firm who are looking to hire a Commercial Legal Counsel for their legal team in Dublin for an initial 12 month contract. This is an exciting position that would suit a Solicitor looking for a Commercial Contracts position reporting into the General Counsel and offering great exposure and progression opportunities.
As the Commercial Legal counsel you will be responsible for providing practical legal advice and support with a high degree of professionalism supporting all business teams across a variety of levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising, drafting and negotiating client contracts such as Tech and Software agreements, Public Sector agreements, working on tenders, negotiating contracts with suppliers, subcontracts and Outsourcing agreements.
- Opportunity to work on legal projects across the company
- Provide legal advice and support and able to establish credibility across all levels of the business
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with 7 years + PQE
- Experience gained in a law firm or in-house role
- Strong experience in drafting and negotiating agreements in relation to the tech sector
- Intellectual Property experience
- Good commercial awareness and the ability to lead and take ownership
