An Irish Law Firm based in Dublin are seeking to hire an experienced office manager to join their team and help coordinate and monitor office activities.
Key responsibilities of the office manager include:

Oversee daily operations of the office
- Produce legal documents and guide staff on the production of legal documents
- Help manage staff holidays
- Involvement in the interviewing of support staff
- Implementing administration systems within the office to include Health and Safety policies
- Ensure office equipment is fully functional and log calls to IT support or provider as required
- Banking / petty cash reconciliation / printing of invoices when approved
- Oversee use of strongroom / wills and title documents
- Printing of invoices / file closing / archiving and retrieving files
- Additional ad hoc duties may be added from time to time
As the office manager you will have 3+ years' of experience in a similar role (this level of experience is intended as guidance only and does not preclude someone with more or less experience from applying for the role). You will have legal experience, excellent IT knowledge (proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook) and the ability to use their own initiative.
