We are currently beginning preliminary searches for a Global Insurance organisation to source a French Speaking Insurance Operations Specialist, on a temporary basis

French Speaking Insurance Operations Specialist

TEMP rolling contract, potential for Permanency - day rate of 350/400 euros

Dublin South, hybrid role (3 days on site)

Responsibilities:

  • Achieving main objectives surrounding quality, productivity and costs, SLA and KPI framework etc.
  • Supporting the implementation of the business strategy
  • Act as a knowledge base for all underwriting processes
  • Action all necessary reporting and update senior stakeholders
  • Support transitions from underwriting to local operations teams
  • Performing regular audits and quality checks and processing exceptions and high complex tasks
  • Standardise and optimise internal processes
  • Participate in projects and programs, liaising with all necessary stakeholders
  • Adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven previous experience in a similar role, within the Insurance industry
  • Strong underwriting and Insurance systems understanding
  • Past exposure to team management and daily operations oversight
  • Keen communication and customer service skills
