We are currently recruiting for the role of Insurance Executive (CIP Qualified) on behalf of a Semi Public Body

Insurance Executive (CIP Qualified)

Semi State Body - Scaled salary and great benefits

Hybrid - Dublin City Centre

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with Operating Companies
  • Conduct an annual review of insurance cover with Operating Companies
  • General Insurance queries and claims arising under insurance policies
  • Check Contractor's and Third Parties insurances
  • Organisation of Insurer's Risk Inspections
  • Ensure premiums are paid and recorded accordingly
  • Prepare Budgets and Forecasts in respect of all insurance premia
  • Re-renewal meetings with broker
  • Managing tendering process for Brokering contracts
  • General administration of all insurance provisions including claims.
  • Manage and maintain good working relationships with internal and external clients/customers and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to brokers and portfolio management
  • Qualification or equivalent in Insurance and CIP Qualification is required
  • Keen communication and organisation skills
