The successful candidate will have the chance to create maximum awareness among the group regarding insurance-related issues, manage claims arising under insurance policies, and maintain good working relationships with internal and external clients/customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities of the Insurance Executive Job include:
As an Insurance Executive, your role will be pivotal in maintaining, developing, and delivering the insurance provision for a group of companies. You will be responsible for creating awareness about insurance-related issues within the group. Your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to liaise effectively with operating companies to review cover in place, uninsured risks, and cover for placement. Your attention to detail will be crucial in managing claims arising under insurance policies and checking contractors' insurances. Furthermore, you will organise insurers' risk inspections and conduct 'Value for Money' exercises.
- Create maximum awareness among the group regarding insurance-related issues
- Liaise with operating companies to review cover in place, uninsured risks, and cover for placement
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with Operating Companies including transparent adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the insurance service
- Conduct an annual review of insurance cover with Operating Companies
- Advise and check on insurance requirements for Tenders and Contracts
- Manage claims arising under insurance policies
- Check Contractors’ Insurances
- Organisation of Insurers’ Risk Inspections
Requirements of the Insurance Executive Job:
- Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP)
- Experience checking contractor insurances
- Previous experience working for an Insurance Broker or advisory general insurance role would be beneficial
- Experience in administration and management of a portfolio of insurance policies would be desirable
- Knowledge of the Insurance sector
- Effective interpersonal, organisational, analytical skills
- Good IT skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
