We are currently recruiting for the role of Claims Coordinator on behalf of a well known Insurance company

Claims Coordinator

Brilliant opportunity to join a global organisation, with progression and a great salary package

Must be APA or CIP

Hybrid - Dublin West based - 2 days a week

Responsibilities:

  • Manage investigation, continual assessment of indemnity and liability, verification of policy provisions & endorsements and identification & investigation of potential fraudulent claims
  • Liaise with customers and coworkers where necessary
  • Provide advise and assistance to all stakeholder's while working in lie with processes and policies
  • Use all tools, experience, knowledge and techniques available for processing claims
  • Ensure upkeep of all relevant information and documentation on the company’s databases
  • Prepare reports and develop potential options for future optimisation
  • Continuous self development

Requirements:

  • APA or CIP qualified, with previous experience in a claims coordinator position
  • Proven customer service capabilities and ability to work towards KPIs/SLAs
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance principles, products, policies and claims philosophy, as well as past experience of Insurance systems
  • Keen communication and organisation skills
