A leading European insurance company based in Navan are looking for a CCS Administrator to join their growing business.
Key responsibilities of the CCS Administrator:
- Adherence to procedures and agreed SLA’s relating to new business, client services etc.
- Communicate with partners, policy holders and other related parties
- Manage and log queries to ensure adequate action and information monitored correctly
- Handle incoming queries in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor key relationships and identify potential issues
The CCS Administrator will be highly organised, strong ability to multitask and an excellent communicator. 2+ years’ experience and ideally have a knowledge of investment products in an insurance environment/AML experience (this level of experience is intended as guidance only and does not preclude someone with more or less experience from applying for the role). Fluency in Italian is essential.
