Senior Compliance Specialist

A thriving insurance company is looking to bring on a Senior Compliance Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This CF-2 role offers hybrid working and the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Compliance on delivering the firm’s Compliance Program.

What you will be doing this role:

• Support compliance policy development
• Manage regulatory reporting and Central Bank interactions
• Lead AML/CTF compliance and assist with data protection
• Conduct monitoring reviews and report findings
• Advise stakeholders and deliver in-house training
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory change projects

About you:

• Experience in compliance – preferably in Insurance
• Relevant degree; compliance qualifications a strong plus ✨✨
• Excellent knowledge of Irish regulatory frameworks
• Excellent communication, analysis, and stakeholder management skills
