Key Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring a team of Agility Coaches
- Working with leadership teams on the implementation of Agile
- Champion Agile methodologies across the organisation
- Challenge existing processes to achieve an improved Agile mindset
- Work with wider tech teams and various other stake holders on the alignment of culture and values
- Inspiring & motivating others around you
Key Skills Required
- 5+ years experience applying Agile methodologies
- Experience with Kanban, SAFe & Scrum
- 5+ years coaching and mentoring experience
- Accredited certification in some of the following; CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, CSC
