What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll join a well-established and respected Risk & Compliance team, working across the Irish market. This is a 360 recruitment role, offering real autonomy and the chance to make a measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead on business development—cultivating new client relationships and identifying opportunities across the market
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from initial client brief to successful candidate placement
  • Source and engage top-tier candidates through networking, headhunting, and referrals
  • Deliver high-touch service, providing clients with strategic hiring solutions and market insight
  • Build long-term, trusted partnerships with candidates and clients alike
  • Collaborate with a team of driven professionals who are passionate about success and delivering results


What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is motivated, driven, and experienced in recruitment. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment—ideally within the Risk & Compliance or Financial Services space
  • A proven track record of success, including strong billing history and client retention
  • A consultative approach to business development and client management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • A team player mindset with a collaborative approach to success
  • Based in or willing to commute to Dublin
