Talent Acquisition Specialist (Urgent Start)

3 month TEMP contract - potential for extension or permanency

Hybrid working - 3 days on site - Dublin City Centre offices

Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channel
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate's suitability for positions
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and internal stakeholder
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends, talent availability, and competitor practices
• Use tools like LinkedIn talent insights to conduct research and use data to educate hiring managers
• Conduct in-depth screening interviews to assess candidate's skills and experience
• Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress

Requirements:

• 3+ years within an in house recruitment position, within Insurance, Reinsurance or Financial Services
• Must be available to start urgently and quick learner
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
