Learning and Development Specialist

What you'll do:
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will:

• Coordinate internal and external training sessions and workshops
• Support onboarding by delivering timely induction training
• Maintain accurate training records using LMS or other tools
• Liaise with external providers and venues to organise learning activities
• Track and report on training effectiveness
• Support digital learning initiatives, including e-learning modules
• Provide admin support to the L&D and HR teams
