We are currently recruiting for a L&D Project Specialist on behalf of a Global Organisation

L&D Project Specialist

2 year FTC with potential fro permanency

ERP introduction project exposure is highly advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver effective training programs
• Manage learning projects, including system implementations or large-scale process changes
• Engage and guide stakeholders at all levels, from SMEs to senior leaders.
• Identifying opportunities to simplify, streamline, and enhance processes to ensure optimal learning outcomes
• Produce learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructional guides, and manuals

Requirements:

• 2-5 years experience within a similar role, ideally within a large global organisation
• Exposure to Manufacturing, Supply chain and Logistics businesses is ideal
• Strong project management and L&d programme creation exposure necessary
• Keen communication and stakeholder management skills
