HR Manager (South/West Dublin)

Based in South Dublin/West Dublin, you will lead a team of HR Generalists and support a growing business that operates in a fast-paced environment.
As Human Resources Manager, you will play a central role in overseeing recruitment cycles, and leading organisational change initiatives.
You will:
- Manage complex employee relations cases including grievances, disciplinaries, and performance management processes with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Oversee high-volume recruitment cycles from sourcing through onboarding, ensuring every new hire experiences a consistent and welcoming introduction to the organisation.
- Lead from a human resources perspective on various projects related to the People Agenda, contributing valuable insights and fostering positive outcomes for all stakeholders.
- Mentor and manage the HR team by nurturing a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and excellence across all levels of the department.
- Monitor key HR metrics such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and cost-per-hire while providing actionable insights that drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure all employee files and records are meticulously maintained in line with current legislation and best practice standards.
- Guide organisational change initiatives from an HR perspective by supporting managers and teams through transitions with empathy and clear communication.
- Coach, train, and advise managers and supervisors on best practices for handling a wide range of workplace issues with compassion and fairness.
- Develop reward strategies that ensure competitiveness in the market while recognising individual contributions within the team.
- Take full ownership of training and development strategies aligned with business needs to foster ongoing learning opportunities for all staff members.
What you bring:
- Experience as a HR Manager, leading a team in a fast-paced environment such as FMCG, hospitality, logistics is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills for monitoring HR metrics like turnover rates or absenteeism while providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Comprehensive understanding of employment legislation with meticulous attention to detail when maintaining employee records or files.
- Ability to coach managers on best practice approaches for addressing workplace issues with kindness and fairness at all times.
- Experience developing competitive reward strategies that recognise individual contributions within an inclusive framework.
- Expertise in designing or delivering training programmes tailored to evolving business needs across diverse teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach to supporting both individuals’ growth journeys and wider organisational goals.
