We are currently recruiting for the role of Reward Specialist on behalf of a large and growing Pharmaceutical organisation

Reward Specialist

Dublin South based -Hybrid role (3 days on site - parking available)

Brilliant opportunity for progression

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of the Total Reward strategy, policies, programmes and processes
  • Administer the Annual Reward Review process
  • Develop, maintain and execute the Reward Annual Plan and Calendar
  • Coach and support HRBPs and Line Managers to enhance their understanding
  • Continuously review and enhance relevant policy and process documentation
  • Perform assigned reward bench marking activities
  • Manage the benefit enrolment process and Payroll processing accuracy
  • Identifying emerging needs of the business, provide insights and recommendations

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in a rewards dedicated role, within the HR remit, preferably in a large organisation
  • Good understanding of job evaluation, reward survey management, vendor Management and benefit administration
  • HR qualification or the equivalent
  • Keen communication and analytic mindset
