We are current recruiting for the role of HR Operations Manager on behalf of a Professional Services

HR Operations Manager

Dublin City Centre - Hybrid role

Brilliant opportunity to join a well establish reputable professional services organisation

Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee life cycle from on boarding to off boarding
  • Manage employment relations processes of varying degrees
  • Manage performance reviews, salary reviews and benefits management
  • Support on process improvement, budget management and HR strategy
  • Stakeholder management and liaising with departments
  • Oversee day to day of HR Admin and HR Generalist
  • Oversee payroll to ensure accuracy
  • Support with HR general queries

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in a HR role within the Operations focus
  • Must have professional or legal services industry experience
  • Strong HRIS management, ER understanding and proven management of Junior HR professionals
  • Keen communication and analytic skills
