We are currently recruiting for a HR Manager (Standalone) on behalf of an Asset Management organisation

HR Manager (Standalone)

Dublin City Centre based - 3 days onsite

Great exposure and the opportunity to be instrumental in the day to day,a s well as long term plans/strategies

Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee life cycle including recruitment, on boarding, off boarding etc
  • Manage Employee Relations processes and act within an advisory capacity to management
  • Complete all elements of HR Administration, Policy and Procedure management and regulatory needs
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Support employees with queries, in person and via in-box
  • Attend board meetings, create/offer reports and insights, conduct presentations
  • Implement HR strategic changes from start to finish
  • Liaise with international colleagues and act as Irish representative in HR projects

Requirements:

  • Extensive previous experience in a standalone position, with Financial Services, Funds/Asset Management and Banking industries
  • Qualification or equivalent in HR related field
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory management, employee life cycle and strategy management
  • Keen communications skills, with a conscientious demeanour and efficient mindset
