We are currently recruiting for the role of HR Assistant on behalf of a Legal Services organisation

HR Assistant

Hybrid role - Dublin City Centre based

Great opportunity for progression and development

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment process, including advertisements, sourcing, screening, interviewing
  • Support on boarding and off boarding
  • Answer HR queries and offer advise to management where necessary
  • Support on Employee Relations processes within an administrative function
  • Manage HRIS, HR Files and Payroll Compilation for relevant department
  • Update policies and procedures where necessary, while keeping up to date on legislation
  • Support on any leave management, performance management, bench marking and other projects

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a similar capacity within the Legal, Financial Services, Professional Services industries
  • Qualification or equivalent within a HR discipline
  • Keen stakeholder Management and proven exposure to a fast paced highly corporate role
  • Good communication and strong self motivation skills needed

This role is managed by Walters People entity which is a temporary recruitment agency.
