We are currently recruiting for the role of HR Business Partner on behalf of a Construction organisation

HR Business Partner

On site role - Dublin West based - parking available

Brilliant package and progression opportunities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the HR mailbox/ticketing system and assist with queries
  • Supporting on boarding and off boarding
  • Manage payroll and process leave requests, including annual leave, maternity leave, etc.
  • Manage general HR/ER queries, providing guidance, support, documentation, and information
  • Support the management team in all aspects of the Performance Management process
  • Produce weekly/monthly/ad hoc reports
  • Support the IHT Health & Well being strategy, including the Employee Assistance Programme
  • Support graduate programme activities, including fairs and on boarding

Requirements:

  • Qualification or equivalent in Human Resources
  • 3+ years within a similar role, in the HR distinction within a fast paced corporate environment
  • Keen Employment Relations, Performance Management processes and HRIS exposure
  • Good communication and organisations skills

This role is managed by Walters People entity which is a temporary recruitment agency.
